We moved our check in up early last minute because of freezing temps and threats of icy roads. The home owners were very accommodating for us. The location was perfect for us to be close to campus, a grocery store and eateries in town. We were also very close to find a church for Christmas Eve services and enjoy the lights of Downtown during the holidays. The town was beautiful. The place was very up to date, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a nice stay without getting out much in the cold weather. We stayed in a lot using the kitchen and watched a lot of football. There were plenty of blankets and necessities that we needed during the colder temps. I never write reviews, but I was so incredibly impressed with the cleanliness, communication from the owner, and the quality of the house that I just had to! We were here for a Razorback football game and it was the perfect location to get to the stadium and the walking trail to get to the park and Dickson street. Our stay was just perfect. The property is so close to the university and has restaurants and a grocery store next door and is a close walk to the bike trail. The condo itself was amazing.
