« We loved this house. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Bedding was soft and towels were plush. The master bathroom has an amazing shower. There was plenty of room for our family to relax while in town for a swim meet. The house is tucked away in a nice neighborhood and the drive to UofA HPER was about 10 minutes. We loved being able to park in the garage. Would 100% book this property again! »

« The house was clean and comfortable, had plenty of room and a nice big yard, and was in a good location in relation to the campus. It had all the amenities we needed, and we even got to enjoy the cozy fireplace since it was a little chilly in the evenings while we were there. The property owner was responsive and helpful, and our stay went very smoothly. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property for our Granddaughter’s college graduation. The location to campus and shops and restaurants was perfect!! We so appreciated the bottles of water and coffee on arrival!! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms small, but certainly adequate!! We would definitely stay again!! »

« We popped in for a weekend baseball tournament. After a full day of baseball in cold weather, this property was perfect for us. The cleanliness was stunning. The beds comfortable. Check in was easy, check out equally simple. Smart TVs in each room. They even provide coffee and creamer. All in all perfect! »

Even though you are in Fayetteville, it truly feels like an escape. You can't beat a glass of wine out on the deck hoping to spy some deer frolicking around the pond. « With a little love this would be the best rental in Fayetteville. location is the best…Could not get the TV to connect, Plenty of towels for both the bath and the kitchen, with hand soap for both room. No wash cloths at all. A bit of street noise but nothing that was all night. And just a little FYI for the host, saw a few ants in the bathroom. »

« This house is cute & clean! Our favorite things were the comfy bed & couch, Smart TV with all the apps, and having the half bath. The kitchen is really nice & the owner responded immediately when I didn’t have the door code. Good stay & will stay here again if it’s available! »

« My sister and I were very impressed with this condo. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It has a lovely kitchen and a large living room area to spread out. Both beds were very comfortable as well. The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive. Staying in Fayetteville was great! There is plenty to do. If available, we will be staying here again the next time we visit family. »
