« The house is a nice little place to stay, very quiet and away from noises. Easy to find. The goats were very cute to watch. Didnt get a chance to use the pool but looked like a nice place to cool off after exploring the area. Was about 20 min to downtown historic Fredericksburg but wasnt a bad drive. Only challenge i had was the shower is on the smaller side, a moveable showerhead would make it easier. »

« A beautiful, well maintained, colorful and comfortable home. Looks like a home thatis loved and well cared for. Gormet kitchen, with all the bells and whistles. The screened in porch is a place to spend hours, and the decks are so well positioned to capture the views. The dock was also a hit. I am already dreaming of returning. »

« We had a wonderful week staying here, the place was clean, quiet, and had plenty of amenities. The fire pit was a staple in our stay, we used it a few times and had a blast. This place had everything we could've needed. If I had to critique anything, it would be the weird way the kitchen door/main side entrance functioned. It doesn't have a handle on the inside and therefore does not latch when closed. The only way to make sure the door didn't swing open, was to fully lock it which became an...

« To say that we enjoyed our time at this property does not do it justice. The cottage is filled with everything needed to make the stay enjoyable, including those things that may have been left behind, like toothpaste and shampoo. It is exceptionally clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is ready for either cooking family meals or enjoying take-out. A bonus is the pond and an outdoor area. « We had a great stay here. It was perfect - enough bathrooms and rooms that were great sizes for our family. We had three adults and two kids (ages 1 and 3) (one slept in a pack and play).
