Breathtaking view of the Cagire, from the rooms. Le Clos Saint-Paul, these are 2 gîtes adjoining the owners' home, for a total capacity of 21 people with a shared swimming pool! In the outbuildings of a Comminge farm transformed into a convent in the 20th century, these gîtes have been the subject of a contemporary renovation and enjoy a view of the Pyrenean foothills and the Pic du Cagire. In the heart of the Comminges-Pyrénées region, you can indulge in numerous activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, cycling on the Tour de France passes, water sports, adventure park, caving, swimming lake and golf in Montréjeau, etc. You can also visit the major renowned sites of the Occitanie region such as the Cathedral of St Bertrand de Comminges, Saint Just de Valcabrere, Saint Lizier, etc. In Aspet, a very lively village located 3.5 km away, you will find all the shops and regional products, 2 markets on Saturdays and Wednesdays, restaurants and the Tourist Office. The Mourtis ski resort, 30 minutes away, will welcome you winter and summer for snow sports... Saint-Gaudens and Boussens (SNCF train stations, Garonne river) are 20km away and the Toulouse Blagnac and Ossun Tarbes airports are 80 km away - Outdoor space: private enclosed garden, portico and terrace. Enclosed swimming pool (5\*10), shared with the owners and the other gîte. - Ground floor: kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90cm + adapted shower room/WC), WC/laundry room. - First floor: "Red" bedroom (1 double bed 160cm + child's bed + bathroom with shower + separate WC), "Yellow" bedroom (1 double bed 160cm + 1 single bed 90cm + shower room/WC). - Half landing: separate WC. - Second floor under the eaves: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140cm) and a small dormitory, ideal for teenagers (3 single beds 90cm) each with its own bathroom. Restored Comminge farmhouse, fully equipped, with private garden, swing, covered terrace, at the foot of the Pyrenees with shared swimming pool;
