"Overall property was great. The only negative I will say is that the electronic system is to complicated. We could not get the television picture to come on in the main living room. The television in the family room down stairs came on, but the volume would not work. Also, turning lights off and on was a little confusing with all the switches. The porch was wonderful with a beautiful view."

"This property is truly a gem. Secluded in the forest yet only 6-8 minute to Purgatory. They had everything from extra warm blankets, a beautiful comfortable porch with a stunning view of Engineer Mountain. They even had an expresso maker. The property is unique, charming and a great location. We went down to Durango, up to Silverton and Ouray and everything in-between. Our kids loved being able to play outside in the woods. We were there in the beginning of August, I can't imagine how great a place it would be for skiing in the Winter. I noticed for skiing they even had the little details like a boot dryer in the garage, snow plows etc.. as well as a wood fireplace. We will definitely be back!"

"Fantastic location for our needs. Had a great time at some of the local establishments and absolutely loved the ride out to Ouray and Silverton. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The condo is beautiful, beds comfortable and the few times I communicated with the rental co they responded immediately and took care of the little things. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."

"Well-named "Enchanted Forest" retreat! We have rented many VRBOs in the western US for family gatherings for many years. This is by far the best one we have ever enjoyed. The floor plan, the well stocked kitchen, the decor, the balconies, the view, the location, etc. Very pleased, and very grateful for the lovely experience. I cared for it as if it were my own home!"
