It’s a stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom oceanfront retreat, perfectly positioned with sweeping views of the Atlantic and the iconic pier. The home is located right in the town of Emerald Isle, near shopping, dining, and the public boat launch.

This cottage has thoughtfully selected furnishing throughout, to create a modern coastal appeal that is both stylish and inviting. Every detail has been designed to help you relax, unwind, and fully embrace the beachside lifestyle.

The warm sunshine and gentle ocean breeze make every meal, snack, and cocktail taste just a little better. Relax with your favorite summer read, watch the waves roll in, or unwind as the stresses of everyday life melt away. As evening sets in, retreat to the dune dock where the ocean breeze is strongest and the sunset views are unforgettable. If you choose to - high-speed wireless internet throughout the house keeps you connected. The sand box and the horse swings in the garden are for both houses to share.

Total Bedding: 3 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin Bunk Bed

Fire up the gas grill or griddle, rinse off in the hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower, and relax in the inviting outdoor seating - perfect for ending the day under the open sky. For guests traveling with electric vehicles, the property also offers a shared EV charging (30-amp plug) - just be sure to bring your own charging equipment.

Main Level: Step into a true open floorplan. The living room space takes the center stage. Great entertainment center with its large tv, books for you to enjoy and games for the whole family. You are right in the center of this beautiful space. Next there is the kitchen, which is well stocked, so you can prepare a simple meal or a gourmet one. And you have everything to create that unforgettable dining experience on the large dining table. And did we mention the view? The coffee bar/bar will complete all your needs.

Washer and dryer are next to the kitchen. A full bath conveniently located on this floor, for community use or for bedroom #2.

Bedroom #1 is a beautiful Master King Suite and a private bath - offering comfort, privacy, and a peaceful retreat after a sun-filled day.

Bedroom #2 features a cozy Queen bed alongside a Twin/Twin bunk bed, making it ideal for a mix of guests.

Outside under the covered deck is a lounge seating area, bistro high chairs and a picnic table on the open space finish up this outdoor space.

Top Level: Bedroom #3 is a stunning Master King Suite, private bath and direct balcony access. Step outside to fancy breathtaking coastal views and enjoy the fresh ocean air from the comfort of your own space. The room has a little desk perfectly placed, so that if you need to work, it’s with a wonderful view.

Bedroom #4 offers another serene Master King Suite, private bath, and balcony access - allowing you to wake up to beautiful views and enjoy the luxury of your own private bathroom and outdoor escape.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with $200 + tax pet fee per dog. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
