"This house was exactly what we needed for our stay. We really appreciated the older charm of the place—it has a lot of character—but don’t let the age of the home discourage you. It’s been well cared for and turned out to be a fantastic place to stay.The kitchen was clean, functional, and had everything we needed, and there were plenty of towels and sleeping arrangements for our whole group. Everything about the property matched the listing, so there were no surprises when we arrived.What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The host was incredibly friendly and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. At one point, one of our friends blew a tire on her trailer. I was about 30 minutes behind them with a jack to help fix it, but by the time I arrived, the owner and his brother-in-law—who both live on either side of the property—had already stepped in and taken care of it. That kind of kindness and willingness to help really says a lot about the people here.Overall, this was a great experience with great people. If we find ourselves needing a place to stay in Helper again, this property will definitely be at the top of our list."

"Breakfast adequate. Dinner at restaurant not good. Room had noisy a/c and toilet that took 30 seconds to flush. Overall OK. "

"The room did not appear clean. Part of the knobs were missing off the bathroom sink, there was no stopper in the sink and there was sloppy caulking around the sink. The internet was not secure so I could not use it. The room had an overall dingy, dirty, old feeling. The coffee was good though. I wish I had taken photos so I could have uploaded them"

"Accueil sympatjoque. La chambre est petite, et il y a juste le necessaire pour une nuit. L'eau chaude de la salle de bain est irrégulière (douche ok mais pas le lavabo). Bon matelas. Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas et la couverture du lit est fine. On a eu froid et on a du ajouter un de nos sacs de couchage pour la nuit."
