A home on the river - you couldn’t ask for a better location. This catch is tranquility indoors and out. Enjoy the cozy cabin feel of the living room, with its fireplace, plaid blankets, and shiplap and exposed wood walls. Watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV in the glow of the fireplace by night. By day, spend time outdoors. Bring your favorite book onto the hammock and read while listening to the flow of the river just a few feet away. Sit out on the deck with a favorite beverage and take in the beautiful surroundings of the river and surrounding trees. And of course, when you’re hungry the full kitchen is well-equipped to make mealtime a breeze.Back outside, gather wood for the firepit and gather around to make s’mores and memories, or take a dip in the hot tub.

Perfect.
Our stay was perfect for us! 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 littles. The sound of the river is relaxing. Hot tub is always fun, and coming back inside to a warm fire is the best we could ask for!

Lovely cabin!
This cabin sits right on the river and is decorated with lovely antiques and decor. Very well furnished! Our only issue is that the cabin next door had a crew pressure washing the exterior of their cabin for the majority of our stay. Their loud music and machines definitely negatively affected the ambiance of our stay. It would seem that they would be required to not work over the weekends, when most renters are there? Totally not our owners fault, but it did detract from our experience. Would highly recommend this rental though!

Constructive Criticism
This is my second review, the first one never got posted so I will make this one short...first, we left a day early because the beds were so hard and no blankets (a Matelasse coverlet is not a blanket) no one in our party got any sleep. All outdoor furniture was dirty and had not had debris blown off. There was a wasp nest in the stack of chairs to use for the fire pit. So that was out. Grill was filthy and covered in dead ants. Nothing to clean it with and no cleaning supplies inside. I had to find a store and buy my own. The lights over hot tub did not work. People should know there is no place to walk your dog but a small patch for your dog on the side of the house to do his business. The driveway way is straight up and down, hard on old knees like mine. The cabin itself was warm and cozy. We had plenty of towels and everything was clean. The porch overlooking the river was really nice. Bring your own cookware, if you cook and you will have to cook because it's a drive to get to anything. I would have liked a list of what the cabin had as far as supplies. Only a few laundry pellets and dishwasher packets were provided, and two rolls of paper towels. Its a beautiful cabin and the river is very peaceful, we might have stayed if it weren't for the old very hard mattresses. We ended up more tired than when we arrived.

We didn't appreciate that there was a security camera watching the firepit/hammock/outdoor area. We also weren't sure if this camera could hear our conversations and if it had a view of the hot tub. So we didn't get in the hot tub, even though we paid a fee for its use. Not cool, we won't be back for that reason

Really enjoyed the cabin and surroundings. Quiet and private. Had quite a problem checking in due to wrong code or batteries; stood in the rain 45 minutes until management could work it out! Could have used warm blankets on the beds! But overall a great getaway spot!

Very nice furnishings and comfortable living
While the house was very nice and the management team was excellent and helpful for my 3 calls, there were several factors that made a less than good impression. 1. Check-in code did not work 2. The house is advertised with a fireplace and fire pit, but no wood was available. 3. At check-out we were to start load of towels, but there was no detergent. Hopefully other customers can be advised of the items they need to provide. All in all the house and property were lovely.
