"We had an amazing stay at this accommodation. The pictures don't really do it justice 😍 its comfprtable, fresh, clean and new, all with air conditioning in each room. The kitchen facilities are great too, with a big fridge freezer, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle. The host is great and we needed toilet paper one day, within 10mins he had delivered some, incredible service. There are lots of shops on the main road about 5-10mins walk. "This property is well located very close to the Savannah And easily reachable. Wi-Fi is good, but the rooms are very small. Couple of times that were not towels at the pool. "Hands down the worst hotel experience. They 'lost' one of the bookings for our party, so everyone had to pile into my room--including a child-- in the wee hours of the morning while I contacted Expedia, who mercifully was able to get them to actually recognize and respect our booking, which I had verified by phone and email before arrival. It smells like a scam around Carnival, though we were not there for carnival. Buyer beware as you may show up and they may have no record of your booking (wink wink) then try to charge you nearly a thousand US per night. Shameful. Then when called on it the hotel manager, after admitting a 'glitch' must have cancelled the reservation, denies via email that there was ever any evidence of an issue. Never in all my days... Buyer beware."
