"Absolutely brilliant hotel! The receptionist was incredibly friendly—one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and his English was flawless. While checkout is a bit early at 10 a.m., he proactively offered a complimentary late checkout, which made all the difference on a long trip. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. "We stayed here September 27th 2025\. This hotel is a little older, however it is well kept, very clean and in great shape. The person that I dealt with at the reception desk was terrific. My German isn’t that great, however we were able to communicate effectively. She was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was very good with many options and was included with the room. The hotel is located in a quiet, beautiful area very close to the Spa. We enjoyed our stay there."

"Overall, the property was very well kept. It’s clean and beds were comfortable. The only downside was they did not have shampoo and soap in the shower. The breakfast was decent not the best, but definitely not the worst overall and if you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay at that’s clean I would recommend it."
