« With this place you have the peaceful quiet retreat ur looking for but with the convenience of a lil Ma n Pa country store not 5 mins up the road. With a 48 acre pond full of crappie,bass,and bream theres plenty of fishing to do among sight-seeing as well. The hosts were very accommodating also quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have had. Highly recommend this place if a quiet,country,simple little getaway is what ur looking for!!!! »

« We were in town for our youngest daughter’s graduation at South. This home had perfect proximity to downtown where we had most of our meals and gatherings. It is also easy to hop on the interstate and get to campus. The house is well equipped and very clean. Our older daughter and her husband who were also with us enjoyed their morning jog through the historic district. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!! »

« This is a very unique and exquisite property overlooking Mobile Bay in the absolute best neighborhood near all major roads and attractions. All bedrooms have full baths. One bedroom/bathroom suite is located upstairs on the opposite side of the house and has the most incredible elevated views of the bay. The upstairs screened in porch provide a wonderful sitting area with unbelievable views. The house is large and our family of 3 adults and 2 kids were able to have privacy while being together....

« I had to come to town for something unfortunate.My stay reminded me of an old town feel from when I was a child. Old big oaks azalea bushes and the wet smell of oak leaves from the rains. The home is very nice and cozy and decorated with class. The front porch with a rocker was a nice relaxing touch. Best of all I have fibromyalgia and hurt in most beds. I felt like I was in my own, and didn't suffer. Thank you for making this home available. »
