« I booked this property for a last minute getaway to the Vineyard. After seeing what was available, I thought the price appeared reasonable, particuarly for a house walking distance to Edgartown. The property is exactly as described and the location is unbeatable. Also, the outdoor deck is wonderful. « We loved the space and open layout of the home. It was situated on a cul de sac and couldn't have been quieter. The central AC was well appreciated as was all of the amenities: BBQ, modern kitchen, loft room, 2 baths. Couldn't be happier with our selection and time spent. Oh and there is an outdoor shower to top it off! »

« The house is in a perfect location in Edgartown. 3 bedrooms and full bathrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms and full bathrooms in the guest house. The guest house also has a little sitting area. The house is on Eel Pond in a quiet and calm area of town. It’s about a 3 minute bike ride to town making it a perfect location. « We were 3 adults and the house had ample room for 3 or 4 others. Everything was very clean and neat. Bedroom linens were so nice- my daughter wanted to replicate in her apartment. Living room was freshly decorated with a very comfy couch. Kitchen worked out great and had all the kitchen supplies and cookware we needed. (Its nice to have foil and plastic wrap available). « This was a beautiful home in Martha's Vineyard! David was extremely responsive and helped with anything we needed...from explanatory videos prior to arriving with all the essential information to help with television troubleshooting during our stay and communication afterwards as well! The home was clean and well stocked. Very private and secure. The neighborhood was super confusing, however GPS helped with that! The hot tub was a great bonus and we couldn't have asked for a better stay....

« Our group was in town to participate in the MS bike the island fundraiser. Rental location suited our needs perfectly. Short walk to groceries, some restaurants, and a brewery which was the location for the MS registration and welcome. Home worked well for 6 guests. Bathrooms were beautifully updated, although more towels for bath and kitchen use were needed. Lovely deck/ yard area for relaxing after the event. »
