Built in 2017, approximately 600 square feet, 2 room apartment. Walk in to a wide open kitchen/living room combination with a pull out couch. Big windows with wide trim, recessed lights and central air along with driftwood grey oak floors. There is one small bedroom with a full size bed and a full bathroom that has a tub/shower combination. The apartment is above a garage so there is a flight of stairs to access it. There is a cottage on the property as well that is rented separately.
