TWO Master bedrooms. Dock and over the water gazebo, brand new as of 3/2024. When you step inside the spacious 3000 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths you will see the beautiful water of Lake Martin. The house is surrounded by water on THREE sides. You can see the water from every bedroom window. Parking for four cars. There is a stationary floating dock with cleats to accommodate your boat or jet skis. There is a beautiful gazebo to relax and enjoy the water view along with Lake Martin's beautiful sunsets (the gazebo and screened porch/sundeck face the evening sunsets). TV’s mounted on porch and in gazebo to enjoy sports while outdoors. Large outdoor ceiling fan in gazebo to keep you cool on hot summer days. The main level consist of a kitchen with an island for 4 and dining table for 6\. Fully stocked kitchen with all of your main essentials from pots and pans, cookie sheets, coffee pot and more. Living area with large 65" TV and sitting area to enjoy the water views. Large windows in the kitchen and living area with water views. A master bedroom with a king bed is located on the main level, along with a toddler bed, TV and full bath. There is a bunk room located on main level with a twin/full. Two doors (one from master bedroom and one from living room) that lead to screened in front porch to relax and enjoy the spectacular views, with a mounted TV. When you walk upstairs, it opens to a large family room with a sectional couch, large TV and toy area. Ping pong table available for use in this area as well. Once upstairs tucked away in a nook is a single twin bed and a full/full bunk. Bedroom 1 is a king bed. A large bathroom is shared by this area with a shower, sink and toilet. Bar area for entertaining with 5 barstools. Master bedroom upstairs with a king bed and full bath as well as a TV. All TVs have ROKU sticks. The TVs in living room downstairs and on screened in porch have Charter cable. Gas and charcoal grill available for use. Outdoor paver patio w fire pit, flanked by an area of artificial turf. The home is located near Anchor Bay Marina and The Social which has become a popular spot for Lake Martin. Short car or boat ride to Kowaliga Restaurant, Niffers, Chucks, Spring House, etc. Public boat launches close to the home include Anchor Bay and Kowaliga. Life Jackets and lake towels are NOT included so do not forget those. Washing machine and dryer available for use. There are 4 steps to get into the home. All renters must agree to rental agreement prior to check in. We live in a quiet neighborhood and ask that you please respect our home and our neighbors. No parties are allowed. No pets are allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited on any property or our home. For safety purposes, there are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the home. Please note that our home is located at the end of a slough and parking is very tight. Because of this, there is a maximum of 5 vehicles allowed. Please park intelligently and be respectful of the neighbor's homes, which are located very close. Anchor Bay Marina (located 1.4 mi away) does allow boat trail parking (for a small fee) and vehicle parking. Carpooling may be required. Auburn University 34 miles away Of note, Alabama Power drops the lake water level annually, typically starting in mid October and typically allowing it to fill back up mid March. The house was perfect, the yard and the covered porch had abundant seating to accommodate many. We stayed in the off season so the water was still low but the views were still amazing, and the backyard was perfect for grilling on a sunny early spring day. The open are upstairs was wonderful for the kids to play. Parking was tight but that’s to be expected in a place on the water and wasn’t an issue for us. ##### Kelly S. The hosts were super-responsive to questions prior and during our stay. The outside area is gorgeous and spacious though it was too cold during our stay to enjoy. What a great house in a perfect Lake Martin location! This home had everything we needed which was to relax, float in the lake, watch college football and just laugh with our good friends. We got exactly that! The view is incredible. The sunsets are gorgeous. The lake is quiet. The screened in porch and lake gazebo were where we mostly gathered; even for our breakfast. We would stay longer next time and rent a boat! There were plenty of floats, chairs, TV’s, fans for our group of 6\. This is definitely a home we would return to. Who knows? Kitchen stocked well, bedrooms roomy and comfortable, great screened porch, loved the gazebo/deck over the water, beautiful view of the lake. The host was super responsive and sent an ac tech out to fix the breaker that kept flipping and causing the ac to turn off. She checked on us without me having to update and quickly solved the problem! The outdoor space is so nice on the lake side but parking is a bit tight. We had 2 large trucks and a Tahoe and barely fit in the drive Pictures make the inside look larger but we spent the whole weekend outside it didn’t matter. We loved having the upstairs living space for the kids to play and watch tv when we were cooking or watching football ##### Lindy W. The house is huge with plenty of beds and bathrooms. All the kitchen items we needed were provided. Big tv’s were everywhere inside and out. And the outside? Oh my gosh it is indescribable! You are right on the water!! The new gazebo is perfection and probably became our favorite place! The paddle boards and kayaks got a workout from the 8 of us. The proximity to the water is the best we have encountered in rentals at Lake Martin. The large screened porch, the pier area, water toys and location on the lake are perfect. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The two master suites with their own bathrooms were great. We will be back! ##### Jennifer B. Easy access and docking for our boat. Everything was well maintained and clean. Parking can be a little tight but we did fit 4 vehicles in the allotted space. We had two children under age 3, and this house did not disappoint. It was very childproof and toys were even provided.. The amenities that were offered were awesome. We especially loved the kayaks. The screened in porch was perfect for a football weekend and eating meals. Everything we needed was already at the house. We plan on returning to this home again very soon. ##### April N. Fortunately we had a family member living a few houses away so we parked there. We did have two trailers so that was understandable The location on the lake was awesome. Fridge was small and the extra fridge took 3 days to cool one case of drinks. A/C worked great but kept resetting to 78 and that was too warm so we just knocked it back down when it happened.
