The house can accommodate up to 4 guests. \> Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a grill microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Italian coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and all the utensils you need for a comfortable stay. \> Living/dining room: This is a very cosy and carefully decorated room, next to the entrance door and in front of the kitchen. This room has a comfortable double sofa bed and a small table to enjoy a coffee or a delicious meal next to the window overlooking Plaza España. From here you can go upstairs to the bedroom. \> Bedroom: Upstairs is the bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables, a Smart TV and a storage area with space to unpack during your stay. \> Bathroom: Delicately decorated room with washbasin, toilet and shower. The house has WiFi included. Basic toiletries and cleaning products are provided. Paid underground parking on site.
