"Heat worked well,we certainly did not need ac. Pool/Sauna were nice and clean,well kept. Room was clean. The fridge was terrible. Didn’t keep anything more than moderately cool. Breakfast was a limited selection and well…not great in my opinion. Coffee was terrible. But overall,our stay was very good. We were pleased with the room cleanliness as well as the staff. One keycard gave us trouble accessing the pool. But over all,we would stay there again. Price was fair for where we were."

"We had booked a room with a king bed & queen bed (in a separate room) but they put us in a room with two beds. When this was brought to their attention we were told the other room wasn't available because of the snow, but later they said we could move to it after all (but we were almost ready for bed then). On arrival the room was cold, and it took a while to warm it up. My friend likes the cold and SHE thought it was cold! We showed the Hotels.com receipt when we checked in, but they didn't give it back until we asked for it. We also had to ask for the Wi-Fi password. There were no tea bags in the room, so they went out to buy some! (That was nice of them.) But we didn't know if the tea was regular or decaffeinated (what we wanted before bed). We were glad for the refigerator and microwave. "

"Superior staff, excellent breakfast, nice location near riverside park and walking path, comfortable room and very convenient. We returned here on our trip home because it was such good value and met all our expectations!"

"Booked under 2 different conformation # ,should have been seemless but came back the 2nd day was locked out of room had to go to front desk and straighten it out very disappointing never had that problem at other hotels "

"I have stayed at this hotel for the past four years on heading up to pick up my daughter from school rooms are always clean, service is great and parking is easy. My morning breakfast was great, Mary makes some really good breakfast and potatoes. "
