Only a couple of minor issues - the house is pretty close to the highway so there was some road noise but a fan in the bedroom provided enough white noise to cover it. « Amazing stay. Pulled up to an amazing modern lake house a minute from the lake. The boathouse was perfectly situated just inlet of the main lake. So it was less choppy and peaceful for the kids to fish and swim. We spent a day on the lake, drank coffee and made s’mores on the balcony overlooking the priceless view of the lake. »

« There is almost no where to stay in Gilmer, but this cabin was perfect. You can hear the road noise, but it’s really not horrible. We have family of 6, with kids between the ages of 1-14. Everyone had their own bed, and our older kids thought the loft was really cool. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The A/C works great. My kids enjoyed walking the property too. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit family. »
