"This is a great place to stay for a night or extended time in Milledgeville! The Soho Lofts are conveniently located in the heart of the college strip, so there is noise and activity, but we thought that added to the charm. I slept through all of it! "We absolutely loved our stay in this home! Lem was an attentive and helpful host and the property was as-advertised. Our extended family of 16 found the beds comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked and the yard and lakefront both beautiful and conducive for fun! Would definitely recommend this property!"

"The hotel and room were great. The icing on the cake is Shelly in reception. What a lovely wonderful woman. Very friendly and very helpful. The only problem was breakfast. Or lack of. No coffee in breakfast room, waffle maker was broken and very little substitutions. Dining room looked tired."

"We have been staying in Eatonton on lake oconee or Sinclair for the last 3 years, in search of a home our whole family fits in comfortably and enjoys equally. THIS IS IT! Third time is a charm and we are already discussing dates for next July! The house was fantastic, so clean, and had everything we could possibly need plus more! (The kids kayaks were a hit too!) "

"Plenty of room for grandparents, parents and grandchildren with lots of lake views, patios and large screened porch. The open kitchen-family area provided plenty of room and the 2nd lower level family area was great for kids time alone. We enjoyed the boat and pull toys and added a rental jet ski. A marina with fuel docks is close by. The kids enjoyed swimming in the lake and catching fish at the dock. The owner is very responsive. Great stay."

"Quick family trip to get away for a few days. The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and has a great view of the lake. It’s on a great part of the lake. Close to many things but between two bridges so not many boats are coming through. House was amazing. "

"This rental is AWESOME! We've stayed at a lot of rental homes and this one is easily one of the nicest experiences we've had. The home is SO comfortable! It's exactly as described and so clean! We felt right at home immediately. The hosts have thought of everything! The kitchen was SO well appointed! It was a nice surprise! Our children enjoyed fishing off the dock and we found the process of renting a boat to enjoy right from the house really fun and easy! We can't wait to return!"
