« We decided on a trip to Hunter Mountain with our family and some of my sons friends. I came across this house and let me tell you the pictures do not do it justice it’s even better in person!! We were beyond happy with the house and the location…. The house was fully stocked with everything you could imagine. So much room for our group of 13 including our golden retriever! The kids and adults loved the game room some adults even had a Pac-Man competition. We will definitely stay at this house...

« We had a great time at Greg’s property. The house is huge and easily accommodated the 25 guests we had. It is very conveniently located for those that like to take advantage of skiing between Hunter and Windham mountains. Greg was extremely responsive and very easy to work with anytime we had questions arise. I would definitely recommend to others and will most certainly keep this place in mind for future trips! « The house was fantastic. Close to Hunter Mountain Ski Resort and a cute one street town. Peter and Lara had both wood burning stoves going for us when we arrived. The house is wonderful with a fun separate hang out place for the kids. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Hot tub with wonderful views. All the firewood you could ever need. « This location was perfect for a summer getaway! Walkable to downtown, great outdoor area and deck space, including grill and hot tub. Host was very responsive. Multiple golf courses within driving distance along with some convenient hikes made this a great place to stay. »

« We travel to the Catskills at least once a year and stay at various locations. What sets this property apart is the true seclusion and absolutely no distractions from the nature around you. Even though it is close to hubs like Wyndham and Hunter (less than 20 to both) when sitting outside it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Inside is clean, cosey by the fire, and lots of fun things to do with our teenagers. Definitely would stay again. »

« There were 26 of us for a nice family gathering. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. Only 2 showers for 26 people a little challenging. Kitchen facilities lacking materials as noted in the listing. Bring your own pots and pans. Hot tub and fire pit were a nice addition. All in all, worked out great. »

« Brought my family and some friends to stay for weekend for daughter’s belated birthday. The house was cozy. A little rustic. Very much like the cabins at lake Taghkanic. Basic decor and nothing too expensive, which I appreciate. Particularly with a house that sleeps that many and when many of them are young adults, prone to being messy. There is a lake but you either have to drive to it to or cut through the woods on foot, as it is at a local town park. The jacuzzi was a great draw. And the pool...

« The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was great for the 13 of us. The big kitchen, pantry and long dining tables made for fun interaction. The game room with pool table and ping pong table were perfect for after dinner fun. Beautiful property on the river. We plan to go back. « We had a fabulous time and this beautiful place. Things we didn’t know until we arrived is the two upper decks are not usable and two of the video games didn’t work. There was no tin foil plastic wrap baggies or garbage bags for us to use. Have a few spices on hand would have been nice as well. The drawers are all very unorganized and could really use a clean out, hard to find what you need without going through them all each time. Otherwise absolutely perfect. »

« This house was perfect for our friends group of 5 couples. The outdoor area with firepit + hot tub gave us a place to enjoy the views of the mountain and the great spring weather. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and everything was super clean.
