Pretty much in the middle of both. The ONLY two negatives was that people would park in the lane to get to the back and we'd have to go through the alley which is a little tight and rough. Secondly, there are dogs towards the back of the complex and in the neighboring yard that barked all, night, long! I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the host to provide waters, chips and soda.
