    La spacieuse maison de 4 chambres à coucher a un beau mobilier avec un décor riche pour compléter les finitions en pierre et en bois. Profitez de la commodité d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, après une longue journée de jouer dans les montagnes. Il y a 3 niveaux à cette magnifique maison offrant à la fois intimité et confort.

    La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size. Les deuxième et troisième chambres ont des reines et la 4ème chambre un espace de couchage supplémentaire avec un ensemble de lits superposés, parfait pour les enfants.

    La grande salle à manger est le cadre idéal pour un dîner en famille ou recevoir des invités. Lorsque vous êtes prêt à découvrir les étoiles qui brillent dans le ciel Durango puis partout, faire votre chemin vers la belle terrasse extérieure.

The Views!

Amazing location with great views! Sibling trip. We enjoyed historic downtown Durango, a day trip to Telluride did not disappoint, and a hike at Bear Creek. Can't wait to come back to Colorado!

Beautiful views, location several miles out of town but, really liked the peaceful location, we enjoyed the home and the deck, it was a great place to relax, my only complaint would be that it needs some upkeep, painting, etc., The house had everything we needed as far a well equipped , kitchen, etc.

Secluded deck with great view, so relaxing! You are definitely in the woods but we had everything we needed. Hard to find something that private but still close to town. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

Amazing stay

We arrived in the evening, so the views and overall look of the house was not apparent, but oh my word, when the sun came up the next day and revealed what was around us, it was one of the most beautiful settings I have stayed in. The house is immaculately maintained, and comfortable from top to bottom. Thank you for the lovely stay and we definitely have this property bookmarked for future stays.

Scenic, clean and large!

I awoke the first morning, looking out the master bedroom windows over the San Juan foothills covered in fog, seemingly above the clouds. Breathtaking views. Lost of bathrooms for all your family. Remote enough to feel cozy, close enough to town to grab coffee.

Extreme Views and Comfortable Living

I cannot think of anything I would want to change about this home. You are secluded but people are nearby. We chose the home in anticipation of the mountain views and we were rewarded! The location is perfect for exploring. Thank you to the lovely family who is sharing their home with us. Durango Vacation Rentals were great to work with.

Amazing views

The house was very spacious and very clean, and I enjoyed the artwork in the house. Most importantly, the views were amazing on the outside deck. We began and ended each day on the outside deck. We arrived in early August. She had plenty of fans to help circulate the air, and it was comfortable. It was a quiet area. We would stay here again.

Deer Trail Home above Durango

The only reason this didn't get 5 stars, was the internet (and thus the TV feed) was really poor most of the time, even when the weather was sunny. Otherwise, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we'd consider it again. The views are spectacular, the privacy and furnishings were terrific as well. The morning view of the mountains in the distance, and the night time view of the stars made this a wonderful experience.

The property was very nice, the views were absolutely incredible!. The big issue is the road up to the property. It was advertised as a well maintained gravel road, however, it was extremely rough. It is a very dangerous road for motorcycles! One in our party had a spill and hurt his hip and shoulder and scratched up his bike. Even in a vehicle, the road is rough. The grill was dirty when we got there and the gas was left on. The deck is in need of repair. There are boards sticking up and screws that are not completely screwed in.Two of the screens on the windows blew off and heavy winds on Tuesday. One of the screens came loose from the frame and was laying on the deck when we got home in the afternoon. Once again, the views are incredible and it is a very quiet peaceful setting. I would not rent that property again due to the condition condition of the gravel road.

Great time

We had a lot of fun staying at this property. The views are really great, nothing like looking out at views of mountains and green trees from the deck. There were just a few things that could have been cleaned better, but overall it was great. The internet is slow, but we were able to use our 5G for a hotspot if we needed it to be faster. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots and pans. It was nice that the house is secluded, but yet not far from Durango to where you can take a trip into town. The property owner was very responsive to all questions. We definitely had a great time.

The owners really need to come home and check up on some things here. Pretty sure this is just a teardown property at this point. The bugs, rotting wood, mold in showers and endless dog stain messes, especially under black light… it’s going be hard to fix. But you could start with putting the same light spectrums in your light fixtures. It comes down to the fact that the home builder really did not know Jack about building homes.

Great cabin in a beautiful location. Our family loved morning coffee on the deck looking out at the mountains. The cabin was very comfortable and provided a perfect base for our trip. Would absolutely stay there again.

Beauteous Maximus!

We absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for an extended stay with our family. We couldn't have asked for a better spot from this to explore the San Juan's--whether hiking, fishing, biking, riding the train, or taking in nature (lots of birds and, if you're fortunate, possibly a bear). The views from the house are amazing. The beautiful mountains and woods surrounding the home leaves one in awe of nature and in disbelief that one is fortunate enough to be spending time at this lovely place. The communal areas are inviting and the private spaces are comfortable. We prepared most of our meals here--and the kitchen is well stocked. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend time with our family this summer!

Worth the drive

Great views,surrounded by ponderosa pines and mountains. Property was everything promised. Large rooms,well equipped kitchen, great deck for relaxing and dining, and close enough to Durango when needed.
