This is a great one bedroom condo in downtown. The location is also great. It is just steps to Main Avenue where a lot of restaurants and shops are located. The condo is very clean and the kitchen has high end appliances. Bailey was great to work with. She always responded quickly, very helpful and friendly. She has a great list of local restaurants and things to do in the area. We would stay here again the next time in Durango.

This condo was perfect for us. Beautifully appointed, bed was super comfy, if you're a bath taking person, you'll be in heaven, rain shower head excellent after a long hike. The condo is in an ideal location, was very quiet, loved the private parking. Great italian restaurant in the building. Also, loved that you're so close to downtown, more great restaurants and shopping. And, everyone/everywhere very dog friendly. Many opportunities for hiking, awesome dog park, beautiful neighborhoods. Added bonus, every day you get to watch the steam engine tourist train chug by. We had fun waving to the passengers from the outdoor patio. Bailey is a special host, most accomidating.

Awesome location, walkable to everything. Secure underground parking didn’t have to move the car all weekend. Great loft with high end appliances, clean and comfortable. Great Host!

This property is in a great location and walking distance to everything. The condo was spotless and just as described. Not only convenient with a great view but also has more amenities than any place we have stayed before. Great host and great stay. We plan on coming back in the summer or Fall.

Gorgeous view!

Great little apartment that was so close to great restaurants and shopping. We walked almost everywhere. The trails and river were spectacular! The view from the condo made for a relaxing a beautiful stay. Thanks Bailey!!
