"We had a delightful stay in the cozy and comfortable Porthole. The check in was a breeze and we found everything we could possibly need in this both well appointed and supplied fun space. "Beautiful historical hotel, the rooms were comfortable, the bed too and we liked the vintage style fridge. Because this is a historical building the walls are very thin and you can hear everything! I'd give it a higher rating but the thin walls were an annoyance. Also, no AC in the unit."

"The place was really nice; it was clean and cozy and quiet. It was in a good location too. And the private beach access was a real treat! We watched the sunset one night and had the whole beach to ourselves. Only thing was that the shower had a maximum 10 minutes of hot water, which with 2 people after a long day of hiking was not quite enough."

"Chose this motel for its walkability to downtown, which ended up working fine. It's a bit of an uphill coming back, but it wasn't really a problem for us. When we arrived to check-in, we found they had upgraded us to their King Suite, which was really appreciated. The room was basic but clean and had everything we needed. There was an A/C unit in the room that really helped keep it cool. The pillows are a bit flat, so bring your own pillow if that's an issue for you. I did, and I slept a bit better for it. We could hear the cars go by, but we were back a bit from the road, so it wasn't too bad at all. All in all, a great stay for one night and we'd stay there again."
