"We checked in late because of a late flight and had to check in through a kiosk with someone in India, I think. I could not understand the person, and he had trouble producing our room keys. Check in took about 15 minutes. The hallway carpet was horrifically dirty. I've never seen carpet that dirty before. The room itself was ok, but there was no soap, not even one of those little bars of soap that I typically don't use at other hotels. The television had four light spots in it. It should probably be replaced. But the price was right! I guess you get what you pay for. Whenever there were actual staff members present, they were friendly and helpful."
