« Plancher de la salle de bain et de la douche malpropre. Miroir de la salle de bain pas nettoyé. Le pommeau de la douche pas nettoyé . Air climatisé bruyant »

« Pas de lit parapluie alors qu'il avait été demandé avant, la chambre n'a été faite qu'une fois sur 4 nuits... Bref, mauvaise expérience »

« Room had signs of water damage on furniture »

« I typically don’t care enough to write a review, I can think of better ways to spend my time. However, staying at Comfort Inn in Shelby morphed into an ultimately laughable experience. The property was in complete shambles, construction everywhere with dry wall pieces down the hallway, and the elevator lined in foam board. Our room was filthy-the microwave was never cleaned, the fridge wasn’t cleaned, floors weren’t swept, whatever, but when I went to take a shower, I couldn’t ignore the hair...

« Pas assez d’eau chaude pour la douche »

« The room was relatively clean however house keeping could be better. There were crumbs around the bed frame. The remote had to be wiped down. It was sticky. The toilet is too low for me. It was almost like sitting on the ground. The dining room attendant was very friendly and very helpful. So much so I was moved to give her a meaningful tip. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The road noise from the highway didn't allow me a good night sleep either night of my stay »

« smokkkk odorrr , moisissure »

« our rooms were not serviced on Saturday and when I asked about not getting new towels and room cleaned. The lady at the desk said she could not believe that her housekeeper didn't service our rooms. I told her that I didn't lie and she wouldn't even give me a copy of the bill!. The rooms were alright, My son in law was given a hard time when he went to get clean towels, they wanted some kind of coupon the desk is the problem not the rooms. »

« We should have went else where after being moved 3 times because the rooms were not functional. Wasn't helpful or friendly. »

« Facility was FULLY under renovations. Right down to jack hammers running in the lobby. I can’t fault them as they are staying on top of maintenance so that’s good. Just made it very dusty and noisy. But I am sure in a few weeks it will look fantastic! »

« Bonne expérience globale, rien d'extraordinaire quand même »

« Nous avons eu des problèmes avec la facturation mais ça été réglé. Dispendieux à comparer avec les autres pour les mêmes services. »

« This is a long term stay hotel. There were no amenities in the room, there is no lobby to visit. The linens were clean, but old. »

« The hot water, shower head, and air conditioning were fine. The second night I killed a cockroach and noticed what I would say look to be a slug (slimy fat looking worm). »
