We love this property! We’ve come multiple times as a family with 4 young kids. The house is clean and spacious, well-stocked, and has so many games, tvs, and extras to use in the event of a rainy day. We couldn’t love it more!

We loved our stay! The beach house is so cozy and comfortable, you feel right at home. The views from the front porches are lovely and the drive in through the reserve is beautiful. The walk to the beach is very short and it was perfect for our young kids and dog. We did a day trip to Rehoboth since it was only about 40min away. Kim was always helpful and responsive. It was hard to leave and we look forward to our next stay!!

What a wonderfully quiet and peaceful place. The scenery is beautiful and the bay is picturesque! Absolutely loved the linens, towels and all the amenities that are part of the house. Other than our food…we needed nothing! Kim was an excellent host and easy to communicate with. She responded very quickly! Plenty of space and sleeping for everyone!

We had a great time and everything went very smoothly! Great location with views from the front and back of the house. Easy walk across the street to the beach and close to great birding locations. The house has everything we needed and more, and we loved that it was dog friendly.

Prime Hook Beach – A “5” star property.Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you could want to make it feel like home, numerous unexpected special touches. Extra charger cords, dixy cups in the kitchen and baths, and shower products in every bathroom, including the outdoor shower.! My favorite was the paper, note paper in the basket with the flyers to a multitude of great adventures, and a Sharpie (which I forgot and we use to mark our water bottles so we know who’s is who’s.)View the ocean from 2 decks, with great seating. Easy beach access to a quiet nature preserve. Nothing beats sunrise over the Atlantic.The hosts were great, quickly responding to all my questions, and making me feel like a friend and not just a customer.We will be back.!

Great place to relax and get away. The house has a well equipped Kitchen which is great if you don’t want to go out to eat every night. It is also so close to the beach. The beach was very private. No crowds. I loved this place, definitely going back

Another Perfect Getaway

Another Perfect Getaway at our favorite Delaware rental. We visit after Christmas every year and are always grateful to stay at such a lovely home in such a georgeous natural location. The host is wonderful and the check in was very easy.

We enjoyed our stay…we had a 5 and 6 year old with us and the water was perfect for them …not real deep and it gave them the confidence to have fun…extremely stocked house and quiet neighborhood..we would definitely do it again

This is a beautiful home in a very secluded, serene area. We enjoyed watching the ships cueing up for Philadelphia harbor. The sunrise and sunsets were magnificent. We saw a bald eagle on the beach and many birds in the marsh behind the house. I was delighted with how well stocked the kitchen is. My daughter and I put together a perfect Thanksgiving dinner. Kim and Steve are wonderful hosts.

Wow! What a great house!

This is our second time renting this property. We enjoyed our stay and all of the extras the owners provided. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation.
