Elegant traditional character farmhouse from the 19th century, carefully restored, nestled in a "panoramic belvedere" on a hillside on a south-facing slope, in the heart of a peaceful "dispersed" rural mini-hamlet. Absolute tranquility in the heart of gentle mountain countryside, in the hollow of a site protected in ZNIEFF for its floral and faunal riches, nestled on the edge of meadows in the heart of a magnificent bocage plateau (with Charolais cows as neighbors in season), under the wooded ridges of the surrounding mountains, close to the exceptional Pézanin arboretum, one of the most beautiful in France (comprising 450 plant species on 25 ha, around a bucolic fishing pond). Sublime preserved setting of nature and greenery. Literally a haven of peace and rest and a "mini green paradise". Ultra relaxing setting. Very comfortable cottage. Large living room. Warm country charm with contemporary accents, enhanced by the soul of the original building (stone beams and fireplace mantel).
