« Chambre non conforme à la réservation, on a voulu me donner une chambre pour handicapé, après le changement de chambre celle ci est pire, e frigo ne marche pas et on trouve une serviette de toilette à l intérieur, la personne à la réception nous dit de voir demain matin avec le manager et bien évidemment pas de manager ce matin et la femme à la réception nous dit que c est normal la serviette dans le frigo pour éponger, sérieusement le ménage est-il vraiment fait? Par contre ils ne se gênent...

« Notre réservation a été canceller sans qu on le sache, nous arrivions d’une journée de route il était tard, on avait très hâte de se doucher et dormir mais en vain il a fallu se relocaliser La fille à la réception fumait du pot à notre arrivée et après nous avoir dit que c était canceller et avoir parlé avec Expedia, elle a appelé quelqu’un et riait de nous . « I chose a king room but got a room with 2 beds. It was only me but it annoyed me. The hotel is somehow connected to Mainstay Suites and I had to call to find out how to check in as I couldn't find an entrance. My room had no tissues, a broken toilet paper holder, and no nightstand between the beds. The entrance to the building had large bags of either trash or laundry outside the door. The floor I was on had construction on one end. There was dust and dirt when entering the building. The...
