« What a GREAT find at Cascade Motel in the beautiful town of Cascade Locks! We arrived early around 1130am and check-in wasn’t until 3pm. Room was available and were allowed to check-in early. Well appointed cottage and had everything you would need. Owners Scott & Darlene were fantastic, gave us great information on where to eat and where too visit the area… The only downside? « Overall good experience. The place is in a quiet area. There is a wedding venue nearby, so when I arrived on Friday I could hear loud music, but it was over before 11:00 pm. The rest of the weekend was very quiet. I loved seeing deer on my porch. One thing I didn't like was pretty dark bathroom, so it was difficult to do make up. Also, lack of any counter space or shelves in the bathroom. As a woman on a long trip I'd like to have at least a small space where I can place my cosmetic bag. »
