« The Good: The cabin was beautiful and well equipped. The fireplace was also a nice and the bed was comfy. The Bad: Directions and navigation were a problem. Turns and signposts were not well marked/visible. When we were having trouble finding the property, the host said they couldn’t speak by phone, only text. When we told her we were having trouble, her reply included the GPS coordinates, which were not helpful. It also would have helped if we had been told a 4-wheel drive vehicle might be...

The heat was not functioning well and it was chilly the 2 nights we stayed. Honestly, I have stayed in more comfortable and equipped cabins for less than I paid for this trip. »

« Nice little cabin for a couples getaway. Owner is very attentive to our needs. Quiet place. Very comfortable bed, some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. « The host was very welcoming and communicated well. Check-in was flawlessly easy. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful -- it was a perfect spot for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. But the driveway was steep enough that I would not risk staying here during snowy or icy conditions. And even though we paid a cleaning fee and non-refundable insurance, we were still expected to clean the house before we left, which may be more of a complaint against VRBO...
