"chambres assez grandes , sur la plage , propreté moyenne ... 1 seul jeune homme pour s occuper de tout ( réception , ménage , repas par Uber Eat , petit déjeuner , check out , SAV , .... ) la nuit , il part , il ne reste que le gardien du portail du condominium ( il y a des propriétés privées dans ce complexe ). rien autour de l hotel , seulement la plage , un concept spécial ! CHER !"

"Nice location and ideal for large groups but not enough staff was available to make our stay memorable. The few people in the lobby had no clue how to check in customers from abroad and it can take hours to be admitted into the property. Also, be aware there is an additional tax ONLY for Peruvians and they are very welcoming to them. If you are a foreigner staff is very suspicious and make your stay unwelcoming. "

There were several different phone numbers for communicating and it got confusing. Check in instructions could have been greatly improved by adding that the appartment would be unlocked and keys inside.
