« We had a wonderful stay although very short near Cotopaxi. The Hacienda as well as its staff is truly lovely. Diner was delicious (we had the lomo). Breakfast is also very good. The hacienda is greatly located and you can truly enjoy the view of the volcano. Magnificient! The owner can organize you a guide or activities in the national park as well as a car to get there or leave. We recommend this place to 150% and wish we can come again! »

« This place has good potential. There's a nice common room and kitchen. But there's no heat or hot water and the picture isn't of the actual place. Very friendly owner though. »

« La hacienda es muy Hermosa!!! El contacto con la naturalesa nos encanto a toda mi familia. Su comida era organica y de primera. Un lugar muy acogedor. Sus habitaciones iban a la tematica del lugar y por la Noche se puede ver una magestuosa Luna, muy iluminante. RECOMENDADA !! Gracias a sus Anfitriones muy amables y atentos. Seguro nos tendran por ahi en otra occasion. »

« Be sure to confirm reservations - there was some confusion about ours. The owner does not speak English so communicate through Expedia. The hot water was not working (was fixed eventually) and the place was a bit difficult to find. However, it was clean and comfortable - there was even a hot tub with jets in the bathroom. The owner tried very hard to help us. I would recommend staying, just keep the above in mind. »

« We booked a private room for 1 night, weeks in advance. We arrived at 1700 to an empty front desk and other travelers also waiting to check-in. We were told that rooms needed to be cleaned and we could wait. This wasn’t a big deal as we sat in the dining area. The employee didn’t offer us wifi or water, but made an espresso drink for another guest of the property.
