« The hotel was nice but in need of updating. We had a Japanese-styled room with rice paper doors with many damaged rice paper panels. There was no light next to the bed, only the overhead light. The service was excellent. Lumbini was filled with smoke from surrounding agricultural burns., which we were told were typical in November and December. « Hôtel complètement au sommet de la ville et loin de tout. Il a fallu s'obstiner pour obtenir la chambre de catégorie équivalente à celle réservée. Jamais d'eau chaude , tout au plus pas glaciale. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas le soir. Peinture à refaire à la grandeur de l'hôtel . Matelas extrêmement durs. En résumé , essayez donc ailleurs pour le même prix. »

« We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. Since there were very few guests in the hotel, there was no breakfast buffet. That's ok, but the menu offering was very meager. They also managed to ensure that the tea was only served after all the...
