"Cannot fault the hotel, staff or facilities. We have previously been to Aquasis in Turkey and this is relatively the same but on a smaller scale. Pools were great, food was excellent with plenty of choice, and the drinks menu was substantial and the resort was of a high standard. "Our experience with this hotel was terrible due to the staff's attitude towards guests. Unless you start raising your voice and demanding, you won't get anything. Even when providing all the payment documents and specifying which room was booked, they place you in a room you never expected! They completely ignore all complaints.
