« I stayed at the Nera Hotel for two nights with my Partner. Having booked online and paid there was a confusion on check in concerning whether i had paid. The room was shabby with one of the shower doors missing, A towel rail was leaning against the wall, not attached. The ac was not working properly and we asked for it to be fixed to no avail. « A welcoming place. It’s located in a quiet and safe area. Rooms are large enough and clean. Having carpet is not great but it did not trigger my allergies. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful.
