« Had a family retreat to partake in the Deck the Halls event on Seneca Lake and this home was perfect for the 8 of us. Top to bottom the home was very clean, kitchen had all the items we need to make our meals, game room was a big hit. Close to Watkins Glen and right on the wine trail. Did not get to use the outdoor patio but looks like a great spot to finish off the night. »

Very peaceful getaway and many "dog friendly" places in the area. The town of Penn Yan was a treat too. Communications with the host were a breeze. Enjoy! »

« We loved our stay in the suite! It was clean, cozy and worked perfectly for the two of us. The bathroom was great with the double vanity, a large walk-in shower plus a very modern washer and dryer. The whole unit is remodeled and very comfy! Our host Bryan was very nice and gave us great local recommendations (plus a bottle of wine)! Be ready to climb steep stairs, and the pillows are really big. »

« Everything was very nice. The bed, pillows, and couch were so unbelievably comfortable. The heated floors and toilet seat in the bathroom made me want to get them. Everything felt very modern, clean, and update. At one point power was lost before I even got there and they did a good job at keeping me updated about it and it was restored before I even arrived. »

« House was as described. It’s an older house which was a little quirky but fun. Pool table was a bonus. We would stay again. Parking was a little annoying but there were signs everywhere about which side to park on and when. "Les plus : une vue splendide sur le lac avec une piscine et une terrasse très confortables. Les moins : l’odeur des moquettes dans les chambres. L’hôtel accepte les chiens mais la moquette n’est pas du tout adaptée ! En entrant dans notre chambre il y avait une odeur de « chien mouillé » très désagréable. Et pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer… Le petit déjeuner propose pas mal de choses mais tout est proposé dans des assiettes en carton, des bols en carton, des verres en plastique et couverts en plastique ! Ce n’est pas gênant pour manger mais qu’est ce que ça engendre comme déchets ! C’est tout simplement énorme ! Dommage, la parti environnementale de l’hôtel est très mauvaise."

"As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. "
