"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. "家族で宿泊しました。グリーランドの目の前にあり、周辺にはドラックストアやコンビニもあり便利です。2階部分が寝室で子ども達が場所取りするなど楽しそうに過ごしてました。リビングに全員で集まると少々狭く感じましたが、キッチン設備の充実、お風呂やトイレも綺麗で快適で満足です。施設担当の方も問い合わせに丁寧に対応してくださりました。"

"部屋が広く、ダイニングテーブルや洗濯機・乾燥機も完備してある素晴らしい部屋です。 営業時間外のチェックインだったため、SMSでチェックイン方法や駐車場の場所・進入方法などが分かりやすい説明がありました。また、駐車場は別料金（税込600円）になりますが、カード払い専用URLが送られてきて、そこから迷うこと無く決済できました。 ただ、全国旅行支援を利用して宿泊したのですが、地域クーポンのやり取りで非常に不愉快な思いをしました。 確認の電話があった際に、地域クーポンは大人2名分の6枚渡しますと伝えられ、子供の分は？と聞くと12歳未満でも接種証明や陰性証明があればクーポンを出せるとの返事。確認してくださいと伝えるも、マニュアルに書かれてあるとの一点張り。その場は分かりましたと電話を切りました。 大人の接種証明をメールで送るときに、福岡県の公式サイトに「※12歳未満のお⼦様は、ワクチン・検査を適⽤した同居する親等の監護者が同伴する場合には、予防接種済証等の証明は不要です。」と書かれている旨の説明を記入し送信したところ、翌日、身分証明書だけあれば地域クーポンを渡せるという返事が来ました。"
