« Our decision to get away to Hawera was made late, but we booked and were confirmed in just minutes. I thought the House seemed a very good deal on paper, but upon arrival it just got even better. Christina and Kelly were very welcoming and friendly, they showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. « Perfect, private and very comfortable accommodation for a five night holiday for hubby and I from Wellington. Great location to base ourselves to visit New Plymouth city and other local areas. Loved the daily ocean view and got to see the magnificent mountain view at the start and end of our stay (weather permitting). « Half house, half museum, we loved Monday Cottage! It is old, but comfortable and full of old-fashioned charm. We stayed five days and still didn't finish checking out all of the fascinating collection of books, records, pictures, ornaments and other miscellanea with which the house is filled.
