« Booked a last-minute trip to Nordegg and the Homesteader cabin at Coliseum Mountain Resort. The cabin was clean and well-equiped with everything you would think you would need for a stay in the woods. The location was beautiful, quiet and cozy. There was plenty to do especially for the kids who didn't ask once for screen time and never mentioned once that they were bored. Kurt was so friendly and welcoming. We really want to go back and will do so hopefully soon! »

« My husband and I are in our 70s and even though we only live two hours away from here, we wanted a full nature experience in a log cabin. The weather was hit and miss, but we drove around and saw wild horses, mountain goats, and lots of deer. The cabin was great. Very cosy with a nice soft, fluffy comforter on the bed. The kitchen has everything you need. The owner was very welcoming and easy to reach. He’s also very knowledgable about the area. It was a great getaway 10 out of 10. »

« Great location! Close to all of the recommended restaurants and activities. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice, spacious and bright. The beds were so comfortable. « Great place! Tracy is very friendly and responsive. Our toddler loved all the toys and games in the basement. The backyard is great for playing and there's a good park for toddlers close by. The pack and play was perfect for our 4 month old to sleep in for a couple nights. Hope to be back again. »
