« My list of grievances... The room was "non smoking" but reeked of smoke. There was a dog barking in the room next to us , event though it said no pets. The sheets had cigarette burns in them. The hair dryer didn't work and they said they didn't have another one. The dead bolt on the door did not work. The shower tub coating was peeled off and the tub handle was moldy. The only positives was the water pressure and the ice machine worked. »

« Can I give the amenities and the rooms ten stars? This was the best part of our visit to crater of diamonds park. What a fun theme. The staff was incredible, the activities at the hotel were so fun. There was a squirt gun fight and a foam party! We loved it!!! Thank you! »
