« I had to give the 1 star to post a review but it was less. Within 15 minutes of our arrival, we killed 9 roaches. Went the office where the manager apologized profusely and offered to give us a full refund. At 1030pm we hadno where else to go so he said we could stay til morning and still receive a refund which we appreciated. He then sent someone to spray the room. She went in room spraying and knocking roaches off the door ( with her hand) to the floor. And yes she left the dead roaches on the...

« We loved the property. Clean, cute, well maintained. Nice to have two and a half baths and front and back porches. Farm animals, including turkeys. Definitely a country experience! »

« Everything about the stay once we arrived was perfect! We struggled to locate the place, but upon further review detailed directions were provided beforehand; therefore my fault for just plugging in the address. »

« After paying for this property there was absolutely no communication from owner. VRBO made several attempts as well. Tax records indicate 0 bedrooms, 0 baths! VRBO did make it right for us by refunding us. »

« Everything was good, the small issue that we had, it was taken care of right away.I will say that it would have been nice to have more seating on the front porch. »

« Got to property late for a parents weekend at Ga Southern… and Kay had let us know how to get in and we were so surprised as to location and how well equipped place was..!! We are planning to come back again with my grandson and our family to enjoy this amazing place.. The outside back covered porch area and fire pit with the pond/lake…just a great spot..!! Highly recommend a stay here .!! Kay the host was great as was the property..!! »

« Normally I travel with my husband...this trip he could not come. The host alleviated all my concerns and was very helpful. I plan to rent again next trip! »
