For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard. To make matters worse, I cut my trip short because the stay did not meet expectations. Even though I checked out early, Expedia and the hotel refused to refund the unused night. That type of customer service is unacceptable, especially when guests are clearly dissatisfied with the quality of the stay. Booking through Expedia made the situation even more frustrating because you get stuck between the hotel and the booking company with no real resolution. I would not recommend booking this hotel or using Expedia for this type of reservation. If you value your money and your vacation experience, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I was fortunate to receive a tour of other accommodations and all of them had large bathrooms, lots of built-in storage and appealing decor. The grounds are stunning! The amenities: gym and pools are very nice. A bit disappointing that there wasn’t a yoga instructor in the beautiful open air studio. My husband was pleased with his diving experience including skills of the crew. I can’t say enough about the staff: Victor, Tipsy and Jim made our stay extra special.
