"All the amenities we needed (bathroom, shower, heating system, elevator, etc) worked fine but there was evidence of poor upkeep and disrepair everywhere you looked. Breakfast choices were very limited on the Saturday morning but better on the Sunday morning where there were fewer guests. The bed was comfortable but made up with only a fitted sheet and a comforter. No flat sheet. The staff was helpful, polite, and professional. Overall, though the accommodations were adequate, I felt I had paid for a more luxurious stay than I got. "

"A plumbing problem limit the hot water for 50% of the customers. This was known by the hotel but they never advised us at the registration. We were part of the 50% customers who took a cold shower for the same price and no compensation except they offer us to book at another hotel. Easter weekend in a city with limited offer, we were trap."

"We had to ask to change beds, they were made but still dirty and a lancer pen was in the bed sheets. They have body wash, you Need to bring anything else like hand soap. Dated bathroom and not super Clean. The price was ok since we just needed 3-4 hours of sleep before taking the road again. "
