  • This luxurious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the stunning Emerald Coast offers breathtaking sunset views that will leave you speechless. The condo's interior is tastefully decorated with high-end finishes creating an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere.
    As you step into the condo, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area with large windows allowing natural light to flood the space and highlight the incredible views. Enjoyable and relaxing

We were extremely pleased with the property. The location felt secure and clean, the beach was in a terrific location, and the condo was as beautiful as advertised. There were plenty of activities to keep all of us entertained. We plan to stay with Destin Pointe when we plan our next vacation to Destin, FL.

Spring Break

Great property, the management company was exceptional with their service!!! The beach location is private and the water is crystal clear! We were safe from rip tides behind the jetty and they beach was beautiful. The unit was remarkably clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. We will definitely try to stay at this unit again or at another in Destin Pointe.

The view is stunning and the unit we stayed in was very well stocked. I have stayed in many places that are not well equipped in the kitchen, this was not one of those. We stayed June 2026. The condo is very nice and clean. The area it is in is gated and feels very safe. It’s a pretty place. However I did feel some of the info about the accessibility to beaches is misleading. The site states there are 2 beaches for your use. One is a very good walk away but we purposely got this condo bc of the closer beach, the East Pass Beach. You actually cannot use this beach at all! You can walk on it but this is not where your 2 “free” chairs are nor can you set a chair up on this beach. This beach belongs to the neighboring condo. They WILL make you leave. This is the beach that is advertised as No Riptides(which is correct) & one of the reasons we got this condo. But we were Not able to utilize it. Right pass the East Pass beach and before the Gulf side beach there is a small and I do mean very small public area of beach. You can use that. It is nice but again VERY tiny. Also a good little walk to that as well(over a large sand dune unless you walk through east pass beach). We would not have rented here had we realized all of this. We like to be beachfront, I am willing to pay extra for beachfront but I thought that’s what I was doing. NOT beachfront at all. Condo was wonderful, but location to beach is misleading. There are signs leading to EP Beach saying this is for Destin Point only but that also not true. I don’t think this is the owners fault by any means but it does need to be stated in the condo description more accurately

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean. Pools were very close and nice. The one elevator was broken during our stay, so long waits for up and down with just one elevator. The shuttle was down for 4 of the 7 days we were there. I would go back again but it was small for 4 adults and 2 kids.

Destin Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed the shuttle was out of commission as I recently had spine surgery so we couldn’t do much without the shuttle. The condo had minimal amenities. We have 2 properties of our own we rent in Texas and we spoil our guests. We loved the location and would like to return but will look around for sure. We had to pay $100 for a late checkout even though they had a day in between guests. We always allow this as a courtesy and would think with shuttles out etc that they would have accommodated. We had paid but they still changed the code so spend a great deal of time getting back in to check out. The resort is beautiful for sure. Just disappointed with the customer service.
