Renovated in 2024, this home features a newly repainted interior and exterior and new kitchen furniture and refrigerator. Other upgrades include new furniture for the patio and game room. Parking or Riding on Property: Parking permitted in driveway only- 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. Overflow parking (first come, first serve) is available around the pool area and by the back entrance. No trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jets skis, scooters (RENTAL or owned) nor any other recreational vehicles are permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property. No parking in street right- of- way by regular vehicles this may prevent emergency vehicles access.
