🏠 THE CONDO
Coastal Tides is a Gulf-view Destin condo rental with private beach access in Building A of the Enclave. Every room has panoramic Gulf views, and the beach access is just across the street. It's been fully renovated, with new furniture, flooring, bedding, appliances, TVs and decor throughout.

The kitchen has granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances, and the dining table sits right by the balcony so every meal comes with a view. The living room's 65" TV and big seating area are a guest favorite. Down the hall, the guest rooms share a bath with his-and-her sinks, and the king master has its own private bath and walk-in closet. Guests love the stocked kitchen, the games for the kids and the generous supply of towels.

📋 THINGS TO KNOW
• Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 9 AM. Your smart lock door code arrives on check-in day around 4 PM.
• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay.
• Parking for 2 vehicles. Motorcycles, trailers and commercial vehicles are not allowed.
• Due to the host's severe allergies, no animals of any kind are allowed in this unit.
• Starter kit: 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 bar soaps per bathroom, hand soap, 3 dishwasher tabs, 3 trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels.
• This condo has a monitor that detects smoke, vape, noise and guests over the occupancy limit. Violations result in removal without refund.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended during hurricane season.
• Firearms left behind will be turned over to local police.
• Licensed short-term rental. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, and guests must follow City of Destin ordinances.
• Requires a completed rental agreement with ID verification.
