    Cette propriété est située directement sur le golfe du Mexique, au cœur de Destin, à quelques minutes de marche des boutiques et de certains des meilleurs restaurants de Destin. Cette propriété se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture du parc d'attractions Track et du parc aquatique Big Kahunas. Faites des promenades romantiques sur la plage! Profitez des couchers de soleil! Go Deep Sea Fishing est l'une des plus belles eaux du Golfe que vous verrez.

    Le Coral Reef Club est une destination favorite récemment rénovée et plus charmante que jamais. The Condo est un complexe de copropriété de trois étages pittoresque doté d'une piscine, d'un shuffle et de grils de charbon. Vous trouverez Coral Reef Club pour être plus privé que certains des grands condos à plusieurs étages dans la région. La plage comprend plus de 300 pieds de front de mer immaculée avec une pelouse côté golfe et un service de plage saisonnier.

    Ce condo du troisième étage s'ouvre sur votre balcon privé pour profiter de la vue imprenable sur le sable blanc et les eaux verdoyantes. Vous pouvez regarder sur les dunes de sable blanc vers la plage qui ressemble à votre propre plage privée! Profitez de vos deux chaises de plage et d'un parapluie qui est installé et vous attend! (Le service de plage est saisonnier) Vous et votre famille êtes sûr de profiter chaque minute ici au Coral Reef Club, où le personnel de la réception et les Beach Attendants sont prêts à vous aider de quelque façon que ce soit.

    La chambre principale de l'étage principal contient un lit king size, il y a 2 lits superposés dans l'alcôve du couloir et un canapé-lit queen size dans le salon. De plus, une mezzanine avec 1 lit queen et une chambre séparée avec 2 lits jumeaux. L'étage a également une salle de bain complète! Donc, amenez vos amis et votre famille!

    L'unité a un mobilier mis à jour, 2. 5 salles de bains, une laveuse / sécheuse dans votre unité pour votre usage et une cuisine entièrement équipée pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson.

One of the best spots in Destin

This was our 2nd stay at the Coral Reef Club and it did not disappoint. One of the most idyllic spots in Destin. The condo was great and comfortable. Great space and updated. Electronics in every room although we used those minimally. Kids had entire upstairs space. The beach is irresistibly close. And sitting with the doors open is simply why we came. A great stay and would recommend for any families wanting a terrific space.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location. Management is very helpful. Lots of remodeling going on this year, which made the stay more difficult. However the construction crew was very courteous and helped whenever they could. The condo could have been cleaned better and the living room furniture was not comfortable. Have stayed in this condo for many years!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have been staying at this location for many years. This year too much construction for the price! Outside of condos very dirty. Condo was not cleaned and furniture in living room needs replaced along with refrigerator which has broken seals. Sheets did not fit the beds.Location was great and the weather and view were beautiful!

Great stay at Coral Reef Club #38

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 5 or 6th time we have stayed at CRC, and the first time in a 3rd floor, 2-story unit. We loved the extra space upstairs, complete with a full bathroom between two bedrooms. There is also a large closet between the bedrooms, easily accommodating all people on the unit's second floor. We can't say enough good things about the cleanliness of the unit and the property itself. It is very well maintained. AND it's got a great location on the beach, right next to Henderson State Park and so convenient to a lot of things on 98.The unit kitchen is well stocked, and more than evenough linens provided (bring your beach towels). We love this complex and we will be back!

Unit 38 coral Reef

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at this condo fort 10 yrs or more during the winter months. Love the location and the staff. During these years little has been done in the condo. We have gotten some new wood floors, 2 chairs and some new lamps. Last year the condo was very dirty when we arrived. This year it was somewhat better. This year we asked for new lawn furniture as it was completely rusted, the plug ends had to be fixed, the fan in bathroom had to be replaced, the handle on the sink upstairs had to be fixed, the door lock needs repairs . The staff was very on top of all our requests. The couch,and the rug in the living room is dirty and is unravelling both need replaced. They did do some painting touch up but a lot of paint left on the tile. Several tiles in kitchen and bathroom are broken. Love the tall toilets but the sinks could be replaced. The cleaners should clean under the refrigerator nd also clean the seSweeper. I feel like the only time the vacumn is cleaned is every year I have to take it all apart and and clean it before I can use it. Also the dryer is full of lint and we had to have it cleaned. Also had to have ice maker checked out . Maybe I am to picky but for the many years I have been here nothing much has been done. When you live in it for a few months and what I pay I think the owners should keep it up better. Love the location and the staff!

Family Easter Break

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Beach access was great! Gabriel (beach attendant) was fun and very accommodating! We had to purchase extra garbage bags and toilet paper for the rooms because office said we only get what was in there room which was 2 bags and 3 partial toilet paper rolls, but that might be normal. Would definitely recommend due to location.
