Newly constructed, the spacious condo has a modern, open concept layout with high ceilings, lots of natural light and enough space to comfortably sleep your group of four on your trip to Golden! The centrally located condo allows you to walk nearly anywhere you would like to go in Golden. No Car? No problem! The bedroom has a KING bed with a large walk-in closet. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, large vanity and plenty of storage space. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances so you and your group are able to cook great meals together in the condo. The living room has a comfy couch (which is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa) and a Smart TV with full cable. This property was very clean, easy to get to and very quiet. The furniture was comfortable and the bed was amazing! The bathroom was roomy for the two of us and the shelves came in handy. Red Rocks is only 13 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Debby N.
