« I like this place and the location is perfect, but this particular unit has not been clean enough either time I’ve had it. The floor could really use cleaning, the screen door is broken, and the remote doesn’t work well and I had to struggle to get what I wanted to watch. I wasn’t there much so it was satisfactory for my purposes, but I think that should be addressed. and by the way, I didn’t communicate with the property manager, but it makes me push something and then it doesn’t let me submit...

« We stayed for two weeks while our house was under construction. Everything was exactly how it was described or better—a well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. « We rented this property for out of town guests who were visiting for a family memorial service. It worked very well to have a 'home base' where family members could stay together, and also share meals and catch up. It was like a small reunion for elderly cousins! No complaints about it at all. « Very nice accommodations, excellent location and historic neighborhood. We could pretty much walk to anywhere for food, drinks, coffee, supplies etc. and even if we had to drive somewhere for something it was very close. « This was the perfect amount of space for 2 couples for a quick trip to Denver. The neighborhood is “up and coming” so it’s not a place I’d walk around at night, but it’s fine in the daytime.
