Spacious Studio in downtown Denver with fabulous unobstructed views of the city skyline! Natural light fills this unique space, highlighting the newly remodeled kitchen and artwork.  
Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with a private balcony provide lots of natural light and highlight city skyline views. The condo is ready for our guests to enjoy the downtown.  
The studio is completely furnished, including a queen-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa for an occasional guest. The Eat-in kitchen includes a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Building amenities include a 24-hour front desk attendant, fitness center, laundry room, rooftop pool and patio with secured entry, and clubhouse. It is only one block from the 16th Street Mall, one block from the Denver Performing Arts Center, and two blocks from all the wonderful dining and shopping at Larimer Square.   
 Every morning, you wake up, and every night before bed, you have beautiful views for miles and never-ending gorgeous sunsets! Enjoy the experience of Downtown Denver living, secure building, pool, conference room, restaurants, shopping, cocktail bars, and everything the City has to offer at your fingertips.
